QWhat is slewing bearing?
ASlewing bearing is a kind of large-scale bearing that can bear comprehensive load, and can bear large axial, radial load and overturning moment at the same time. Generally, the slewing bearing is equipped with mounting hole, internal gear or external gear, lubricating oil hole and sealing device, so that the design structure of the main engine is compact, the guide is simple and the maintenance is easy. There are four series of slewing bearing, namely, four point contact ball bearing, double row angular contact ball bearing cross cylindrical roller bearing, cross tapered roller bearing and three row cylindrical roller composite bearing. Four point contact ball bearing has higher static load capacity, cross cylindrical roller has higher dynamic load capacity, and cross tapered roller bearing pre load capacity. The interference can make the bearing have greater support rigidity and rotation accuracy. Due to the improvement of bearing capacity, the three row cylindrical roller composite bearing is oriented to the bearing height, and various forces are respectively borne by different raceways. Therefore, under the same stress, the bearing diameter can be greatly reduced, which makes the main engine more compact. It is a kind of high bearing capacity slewing bearing. Slewing bearing is widely used in large-scale slewing devices of hoisting machinery, mining machinery, construction machinery, port machinery, ship machinery, high-precision radar machinery and missile launcher.
